Fees, payment milestones, taxes, and any applicable expenses will be set out in the project agreement or invoice. Payments are due on the dates stated there. Work may be paused if an undisputed payment is overdue, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Requests to change scope, return a deliverable, obtain a refund, or cancel a project are handled under the applicable written agreement and our Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy. Contact us promptly so we can review the request.
Ownership and permitted use of project materials will be described in the applicable agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, each party retains ownership of materials, tools, and intellectual property it owned or developed independently. You grant us permission to use materials you provide only as needed to perform the agreed services.
You may not use the website or our services for unlawful purposes, to infringe another person's rights, or to interfere with the website's operation. Projects may rely on third-party platforms or services; their terms, availability, and changes are outside our control, and you may need to accept their terms separately.
We will perform services with reasonable care and skill. Unless a written agreement expressly provides otherwise, we do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, traffic, revenue, or uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
